I have had a temporary job placement down from Auckland to Rotorua, which requires me to be stationed here for three months only. I have a sick little dog, she is called Muffin and I love her to bits but she is quite old for her breed of dog and she has poor eye sight and blindness in one eye. I couldn’t bear to leave her with my family up north so I have decided that she will stay with me for this journey away from home, even if it will be tough for her to get used to new surroundings. In case we run into any serious issues, I have a series of phone numbers for some closely located rotorua vets, just in case we run into any more problems.
