It is nearly impossible to say how much or how often a cat should be fed. This must be worked out using the person cat. Attempt only to avoid the extremes of over- and underfeeding.

This is not so easy as it sounds. Pet cats are thinking about food and eating — yours as nicely as theirs. No matter how nicely they may have dined, or how lately, they’ll sit staring wistfully whenever individuals eat. The temptation to share with them is powerful, but resist it. It’s no favor for your kitty to let her get weight and flabby from overeating.

Simultaneously, do not think that because she has caught a mouse she’s Black Cat through eating for that day. There is food worth in all the creatures a cat catches, but in these civilized occasions it’s hard for her to snare sufficient of them to maintain herself adequately fed. Keep in mind, too, that hunting is hard work. No kitty can do it nicely on an empty stomach.

Feed your cat at regular times each evening, and keep her bowl within the exact same place. Serve her foods at room temperature, and always keep fresh drinking water obtainable to her.
