Are you brushing your dog?

Using dog brushes is important if you want to keep your dog in tip top condition, and stop all that hair from getting everywhere! Brushing is primarily to remove the old fur that accumulates in a dogs coat, particularly as they shed their winter coat for a lighter summer one, but it also gives you a chance to look at the skin of your dog to spot any problems. Ordinarily we would not look at the skin of our dogs underneath the fur, which means we spot problems late which can mean they can get worse than they should do.
